We spent the New Year at home with a group of friends, it was seven days, and it was a great experience. The differentials of the house are: the outdoor area - with a large garden and swimming pool - and the living room, comfortable and perfect for socializing and resting. The house has everything we need for the stay, all the kitchenware and bed and bath linen. Another positive point is the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center, accessible. A Lili e Missinho, who assisted us during our stay were solicited and attentive. We recommend.

I looked at the last minute and was promptly attended to, greeted by the host Chris and soon after Renata, extremely nice, I requested, I went with my husband and elderly dog and they prepared a pet bed, provided a bowl of water and food; I loved the affection they had The Pet was comfortable on the property, with privacy, it doesn't even remember that there is someone in the house. The room exceeded expectations! A wonderful bed and hot tub, which didn't even make you want to leave the room. Amazing breakfast! Super quiet place. I was looking to rest and relax and I did. You can request deliveries, feel free to receive (iFood), stocked minibar, clean towels and bathrobes. It's definitely worth every dollar. And I'll definitely be back.

It is an excellent option to stay in Rio. In Leblon, the best area full of restaurants and very close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities and is very practical for getting in and out. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit noisy, otherwise it's perfect!

Located in the Bota Fogo neighborhood, a central place, close to the subway station, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, I would definitely choose them again to stay.

And the second time my husband and I stayed at the house , we have nothing to claim only praise to do , everyone was super attentive , the house super cozy , and the location is great . We intend to come back more often , we are once again very pleased with everything .

What can I say? Everything was perfect, wonderful space, communicative, flexible host, a lovely person. Whenever I can, I'll be back, and for those of you who want to go to Arraial do Cabo, this is the apartment to rent! I simply loved everything!!!

Hosting was an amazing experience. Well before the date, we received a welcome folder with instructions on accommodation and tips for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Dona Rosa is an extremely polite, kind and professional owner. Andréia welcomed us with great lightness and professionalism. The apartment is exactly the same as the photo. Very clean and pleasant environment. High-end furniture. All the appliances and electronics in the house are high-end. Super well-equipped kitchen. The location of this apartment is privileged within the Condominium, as it is just a few steps from the beach and the natural pool, in addition to having a breathtaking view. It's well worth it!!!! We'll be back for sure!

This apartment was spectacular! We love cleanliness and tidiness and we got exactly that!. The sound system in the bedroom felt like a mini theatre and jaccuzi added a touch of elegance. It was a 5 minutes walk to the copacabana beach along with a nearby supermarket, ATM, laundromat, bakery and pharmacy. Among other things were an ice cream parlour nearby, many outdoor breakfast places and outdoor restaurants at the beach. We also love cooking, so the kitchen was equipped with the right necessities for our cooking. As for the negative aspect, we went without power for one day, however it was quickly resolved by Eugenio who also reimbursed us fully for that one day. Secondly, if u ever plan to sleep with the windows opened, the traffic gets super noisy between 10pm to midnight but u won't hear anything much with the windows closed and AC on. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives by a huge difference. We love our experience in this apartment and would definitely return!

Leandra and Cesar were two dear ones. They greeted us at the last minute because we had problems with another host and saved our trip. We love the place, close to a beautiful waterfall and is easy access to amazing beaches by car. We'll be back for sure.

My day was excellent. The kitchenette is very well located, less than 10 min walk to the beach and with shopping nearby. My husband and I had complete privacy. The space is large, comfortable, and airy: double bed + single bed (with extra mattresses); TV; table with chair for meals; large refrigerator; stove 6 burners; coffee maker; blender; various utensils such as pot and silverware; and iron. We prepare several meals on site. We also use the house garage with peace of mind. Kelly was very polite, attentive and extremely helpful, she gave us tips for tours and places to visit. We love the truffles. We will definitely come back and indicate the hosting with eyes closed.

Excellent experience in flat ancora on Pero beach, in Cabo Frio/RJ. The location is close to the beach, cozy atmosphere and with good structure for guest service. The restaurant next to the apartments offers great quality food with prices justifiable for what you are offering the customer. The investment is very good for the investment. The host Pedro is very attentive and responds to all the demands with efficiency and competence as well as the other employees of the condominium including the employees of the restaurant.
