excellent location, one block from the beach and many nearby establishments

My family and I loved the place, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, I found it large and spacious with 2 bathrooms, I found this very good, very comfortable beds and pillows for sleeping and bath towels available too, all appliances working, excellent location, we didn't use the car for anything, it has everything nearby, pharmacy, markets etc. Even without Andressa being there and the building being without a doorman, it was very easy to check in and check out with just Andressa's instructions, I recommend the apartment to everyone.

Rosa was one of the sweetest hosts that I ever had in my life!!!! Such a sweet soul. She helped me with recommendations all around Rio de Janeiro (food, activities etc) - just wow. Very recommended! <3

It is an excellent option to stay in Rio. In Leblon, the best area full of restaurants and very close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities and is very practical for getting in and out. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit noisy, otherwise it's perfect!

What can I say? Everything was perfect, wonderful space, communicative, flexible host, a lovely person. Whenever I can, I'll be back, and for those of you who want to go to Arraial do Cabo, this is the apartment to rent! I simply loved everything!!!

I felt in a hotel. Everything is very well arranged and oriented. I had no problems on the days I stayed. I recommend it.

Fantastic place to spend with friends and family. It is 30 to 40 minutes from the center of Teresópolis. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. But don't go with the intention of going out and coming back from Tere, it can be tiring. Bring all the necessary food to make your stay more satisfying, without having to keep ordering food, but if you need it, there is a nearby place that delivers. Nilse is always available to help and support if needed. Katia and Paulo are great, friendly and proactive people, making communication much better. The house is fantastic, just like the photos. The only reasonable point is the pool, which will depend more on the weather, as it is a river pool. But the river that is very close to the house makes up for the lack of a “large pool”. In addition to the river that is 2 minutes away, there is a “dam”/“pool” of running water from that same river 15 minutes away on foot, it is really worth it. In short, an amazing house, friendly people and outdoor activity.

The property's location allows a supermarket and the pharmacy at a very short distance. It may not be the best option for those who seek tourism, but it is easily accessible to Zona Sul and Barra because it is "in the middle" of both. It has a gracious view of the Christ. The property is good, comfortable and has met expectations. All announced amenities were listed in the apartment, as per the listing. Perhaps one of the only complaints is that there is no dumpster in the kitchen (neither recyclable nor organic waste). Thank you for hosting and hope to return soon.

Our accommodation with Estadia Carioca was excellent! The team was always willing to respond quickly and help. We had a small problem with the cleaning of the apartment, which, being very close to the beach, had sand, but Estadia Carioca promptly made a person available to leave everything impeccable! We really like the apartment. We found it decorated with very good taste! We'll definitely be back soon! :)

Barbara and her co-host were very communicative and helpful with any hiccups along the way during our stay! We appreciate it so much, would certainly recommend this space and hope for another stay again! :)

Great place, close to Riocentro, with a market structure and restaurant/cafeteria/bakery on the ground floor. It still has a great balcony, facing a very beautiful green area. In addition, Jacqueline was always willing to help and answer questions, excellent host. I would definitely stay again!
