Everything was great!

The stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts have been very polite and friendly. The house is exactly the same as shown in the photos. Limpa, beautifully decorated, cozy. We had excellent time on site to celebrate Mother's Day and couldn't have been better!

The stay was wonderful, the house is very beautiful, it had everything we needed to spend the days, equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, with an excellent barbecue area, and the hostess was very helpful in serving us. Next time I go to the lake region, I will give priority to Cátia's accommodations.

The house exceeded our expectations very clean, well taken care and equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the beds are comfortable. Vera is an exceptional host, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy, above and beyond the usual service. The details, recommending and lending us books, the excellent breakfast, the fast and extremely friendly and polite communication, it was amazing and her and her husband are wonderful people. The place is around 10 mins walk from Sao Conrado metro, around 10 mins taxi to Leblon, and around 20 mins walk from Sao Conrado beach, one of the best in Rio. The penthouse is wonderful, with jungle views and monkeys to entertain you. There is a large terrace area that receives the sun all day.

Ana was extremely attentive from the moment we made the reservation until we left the house. The house is beautiful, as in the listing photos, and the cleanliness was great, done by the house's trusted cleaner. We don't have to worry about bringing any of the 10 people who used the 7 suites in the house, all very well arranged. Wonderful experience!

One if the nicest people I have ever met in my life! Andrea is what you call a “one of a kind host” and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She professional, prompt and honest from the moment I reached out to her. We needed a long term option and Andrea made it possible. When we arrived we were greeted by her wonder mother who waited despite our plane being delayed. She even helped us with our luggage and brought round a few supplies as she knew we had a baby. Andrea reached out to us on a regular basis and even though we had zero problems, she always responded quicker than expected if we had any questions. The apartment, building and staff are all great and what you see in the photos is what you’ll be getting when you arrive. The apartment is very spacious, well decorated and clean. It comes with everything as stated. The neighbourhood and building are both so safe and everything you’ll need is on your doorstep. The next time we’re in Rio, we know where we’ll be staying!

Comfortable house in a very nice condominium. For a perfect experience, I suggest hiring the services of Cíntia, a great cook and extremely available to help. The only negative point, if I can mention, is the existence of mud in parts of the condominium beach. On the last day of stay I discovered a great beach just over 1 km from the condominium.

I celebrated my birthday and my sister's birthday with family and friends and it was simply spectacular. There is no other word to describe the paradise we stayed in. Ana gave us all the tips we needed, helped us with the boat and explained all the details of the house. We had an amazing weekend with privacy! Thank you, we will definitely be back.

The condominium is just as you can see in the photos, clean, a super quiet place, close to the best beaches of Cabo Frio, preferably by car. Mauricio was very attentive the whole time of our stay and complied with everything planned.

Gustavo's property is even more beautiful than on the photos. The view of the dam is eye-catching, especially in the morning, when sunlight leaves the water very clear, mixing in the horizon. The house is well planned, the intimate area separate from the social brings privacy and quiet to the rooms. The balconies greatly value the building. Staying in the kitchen/gourmet with the large windows and doors is delicious. If you want to enjoy the court, the property has a hammock, remember to bring a shuttlecock or ball. We were welcomed by Clovis, who introduced us to the house and all the amenities, and Gustavo was always ready to respond to us, give local tips, very available and attentive. The access to the house is easy, the dirt road is small, and the owner made a very useful video that leaves no doubt. We brought a puppy, and it was very quiet, the place is suitable for pets. We only have compliments, we highly recommend it!

Villa stay was wonderful! The very spacious House, better than in the photos! The impeccable cleaning and organization! Vânia is a love, super worth closing the part with her! The village brings warm bread every day, made juice, a whim and friendliness of a person. To access the deck/sea has a considerable walk with stairs. Ideal for those who want to rest.

Braulio, fabiula's husband, served us with great care and punctuality. He was always available for any questions and even referred us to a driver to pick us up at the airport. The apartment is great and the condominium facilities are perfect! The outdoor pool has hot water and the restaurant has a tasty food and with super affordable prices for RJ. The convenience is great! I highly recommend it and plan to return!

I went with my husband and we really liked it. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The condominium offers a restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, fitness center and an amazing view. For those who want peace, I recommend it.
