Herzlich Willkommen auf Gutshof Dobschütz, dem kleinsten Ort Sachsens! In Mitten der Lommatzscher Pflege, einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Region im Herzen Sachsens, befindet sich unser idyllischer Bauernhof in Alleinlage. Unsere heimelige Fewo wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben 2 Esel, 3 Rinder, 2 Pferde, 10 Hühner, 4 Gänse, 3 Laufenten, 10 Schafe & 3 Katzen. Natürlich dürfen Klein&Groß gerne täglich bei der Tierversorgung mithelfen & alle unsere tierischen Bewohner kennenlernen.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Relax in the countryside near Dresden Meissen Riesa

Ideally suited for trips to Dresden due to the convenient highway connection, which is only a 10-minute drive away. My small apartment consists of a living room with bed and a sofa bed on the upper floor and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. You are also welcome to use the outdoor seating to enjoy nature and rural tranquility. The journey time to Dresden is about 40 minutes, to Meißen or Nossen about 15 minutes and to Riesa about 25 minutes.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the warmth and inviting ambiance that the old wooden elements radiate. These carefully restored details, the exposed ceiling beams and the original preserved wooden floor stand in wonderful contrast to the modern amenities. At the center of the loft is a two-person bathtub. It is not only a real style statement, but also the ideal place to relax after a long day.

In our large oasis of well-being, the four of you will be offered a lot. In addition to two bedrooms with 160 cm or 180 cm beds, you have plenty of space in the open living area with a cozy sofa area, dining area and a well-equipped large kitchen where you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a freestanding bathtub to spend a cozy time. The apartment is accessible and usable by elevator.

Relax with the whole family at this idyllic place in the middle of nature. The apartment is in the attic of the residential building of a lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard. The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.
