The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

From the apartment there is a view both down to the lake, and to Pedersgata with plenty of cozy restaurants. The apartment is on the top floor with a private, cozy roof terrace with good sun conditions and a fantastic view of Stavanger and the lake. There are two bedrooms equipped with good double beds and good closet space Comes with free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to Stavanger and our very cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of our villa from 1913. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed), bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps two people (150cm). You have access to free Wi-Fi. The apartment is 75 sqm. After you have used the city's facilities, this is a really great place to relax and catch your breath.
