Monthly Rentals in Stazione di Santa Severa

We are two couples with teenage children aged 12/15/15 and we wanted to spend 2 days in total relaxation by the sea, a stone's throw from Rome. We booked and from there we already felt the kindness and helpfulness of the owner of the house. But the real surprise was just over the threshold... We are greeted by a splendid shabby chic marine style apartment... nothing is left to chance... decorative pillows, paintings, tablecloths, dinnerware and many objects that transport you into holiday mode without thinking about it. The view is directly on the sea and you can dine on the terrace as it is very spacious. As already mentioned by other users, the apartment has everything... Coffee machine (with pods included), dishwasher, hair dryer, and even the washing machine... Pots, pans... in short, it's really complete. Very comfortable apartment. Great location, a few steps from everything. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Alex's apartment is extremely comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice sitting/dining room and three terraces on two levels. The photos are very accurate. To enjoy breakfast outside was a real pleasure each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and two shower rooms recently renovated. There was plenty of space for four adults. We knew the area from prior visits, and it is a little removed from the beaches of Santa Severa, being located in a typical residential zone. On-street parking was always available, and the building felt secure. For us, it was an excellent base to visit local friends and travel by train into Rome from the nearby rail station. Alex is extremely helpful and very communicative. We did not have the opportunity to meet, though she was responsive at all times. We would definitely return.
