Our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation apartment can accommodate up to four people and is only a five-minute walk from the city center – ideal for exploring the area on foot. Please note: The bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom. The two additional sleeping places are located in the living area. When occupied by four people, the way to the bathroom therefore leads through the bedroom. We are looking forward to having you as our guests.

Poema Vacation Apartment in the Old Town

The Poema vacation apartment is located in the old town of Bad Säckingen, right on the Rhine. With a view of Switzerland! And very quiet. Säckingen was once an island, and the building from 1780 is part of it. It has been completely renovated and updated; for example, there is underfloor heating. With plenty of sunlight, a spacious kitchen-living room, and two bedrooms, it is an ideal place to explore this very interesting area with its many offerings.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Tetto Piccolo, the small roof (own apartment)

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.
