The building was a former factory that has been extensively renovated and is now available as stylish accommodation. Perfect for families and small groups of up to 12 people, with an unusually large amount of space of over 180 m², plus a garden on the old city wall. A clear stream, the "Kleine Elz," flows directly by the house. The sandstone staircase leading to the stream can be locked to keep small children safe.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
