Relaxed quiet location, easy to find and parking directly on the property. Franz gave us a great welcome and showed us the apartment. Apartment + terrace is super cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. Great location between Lake Achensee and the Wilder Kaiser for hiking.

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

So far the most luxurious Airbnb I've been to have been to. We really enjoyed our time here. We particularly liked the large terrace with the great view of the Zillertal. Everything in the apartment is very thoughtful and conveniently arranged. The kitchen is very well equipped. You'll find everything you need here. We would definitely come again.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Beautiful, modern furnished accommodation in a quiet location with great views and a huge roof terrace. Perfect for a larger group and top location for hiking in the Rofan, Karwendel and Zilltertal. We'll be back!

The two of us arrived in Jenbach with a dog for a week. Despite a three-hour late arrival at the property, we were very kindly received by Günther and Katja. When we left, the driveway was snowed, whereupon Günther quickly came to our help and freed the driveway from snow and ice for us. Communication was great and the place was really very clean. Our expectations were significantly exceeded as the apartment is very very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, board games). A small "starter package" (water, juice, fruit, etc.) was also available to us on arrival. We got lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. Katja also sent us nice routes for walking the dog. We had a very nice week and would highly recommend the place to anyone. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Manuela's was great. It was easy and quick to reach and the small vacation home offers everything you need - even with a small child. It was really nice of her to set up a travel cot for us. The location of the accommodation is great, nice and central so we could start in all directions. We would like to come again if it works out 🙂

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

we have just finished 6 days of wonderful holiday in Anna's lovely apartment, and one thing is for sure and that is that we will come back, hopefully already next year, it is charming and cozy, and the surroundings are fantastic for walking, and with the Alpbachtal card you can go on some good mountain hikes, and other exciting experiences, or you can sit outside the door and look at the mountains....because outside Anna and her family are very helpful and nice.. A little gem - absolutely recommended! I felt completely comfortable in this beautiful, small accommodation. It is designed with great attention to detail, equipped with high quality and incredibly tastefully furnished - really the best of the room! I was particularly impressed by the sweet, little garden, which with its loving arrangement - fairy lights, fresh flowers on the table - simply invites you to linger. It was these many small touches, such as the cold beer in the refrigerator or the harmonious decoration and candles, that made the stay so special. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious in relation to the size of the accommodation - a real plus! The location is also great: by car you can reach Lake Tegernsee in a short time and the BOB stop is only a two-minute walk away - perfect for excursions into the surrounding area. I would recommend this place with a clear conscience

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

The house was just as described. The location and view are amazing overlooking the valley below. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The road up to the house is narrow but very easy to handle and well worth it.

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I can only recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

Very nice place to stay in a great location. In particular, the view from the balcony was fantastic, here we liked to make ourselves comfortable for hours. The apartment itself is very nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean. Communication and process went smoothly. Gladly again!

We rented an apartment for Christmas. The apartments correspond to the description, the apartment has everything you need for life, parking next to the house. The apartments are impeccably clean, clean linen, towels, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very beautiful surroundings - very quiet, you can walk, nearby ski resorts, Innsbruck. Very attentive and responsive hosts - local recommendations, filled out a form for the child so that the child could study at a children's ski school for free. It was one of our best and most memorable trips! We will definitely come back again, we really enjoyed it!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
