August 2020 komplett neu im modernen skandinavischen Einrichtungs- und Dekorationsstil zur Verfügung. Ich habe versucht, alle meine Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre aus meinen anderen Kurzzeit-Mietwohnungen in diese Wohnung mit einzubringen und hoffe Dir gefällt es. Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
