Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The nearest train station is minutes by car. The apartment is equipped with a 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Another adult and 1 child can sleep on the large couch. Additional camp bed and baby bed available on request. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry service is available.

Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich takes half an hour.
