Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Zusätzlich zu den zwei großen Schlafzimmern (ca. 18 qm) mit jeweils großen Doppelbetten, gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines davon (ca. 10qm) mit Eckbadewanne und sehr großer, begehbarer Dusche (1,2m x 1,2m). Sie können Ihr Elektroauto an unserer Wallbox (11 kW Typ 2) laden (derzeit 40 Cent / KWh).
