Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

In the family house is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Lake Wörth. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.

A beautiful, detached vacation home awaits you with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an electric gas fireplace and gallery, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed/ sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

This special property is located right on the river and right at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The property is not large, but a perfect starting point if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
