(2 Haltestellen PH Ludwigsburg und 27 Minuten bis Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof). Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind hell und geräumig und werden derzeit noch möbliert. Außerdem befindet sich die Küche im Einbau und sie ist bis Jahresende 2025 komplett. Der Eingang ist separat in einen kleinen Flur bzw. Garderobe.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
