I would be happy to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 2nd floor, which I have put a lot of heart and soul into. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a dining and working area. Please note: no kitchen. Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee + tea is free. Fridge, microwave, coffee and kettle available. 2 baby travel cribs including bed linens are provided.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

You only need a 5 minute walk to land downtown We offer bicycles that can be used FREE of charge to walk around, get to know the proximity, etc. Check-in time is self-contained. You can arrive at any time from 4 pm until 3 pm in the night at 3 am by means of a keypad. Ideal for tourists, spa guests, business people, vacationers, etc.

Vacation in a special place! Enjoy your break on a horse farm surrounded by nature. The apartment and the furniture both were lovingly handcrafted. You can bring your own horse and store it directly in the apartment - a dream for every horse lover! The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen, a small bathroom and a sleeping area with a bed made of old wood. The large terrace with fountain is a dream!

Next supermarket 5 min. by car in the neighboring village.

Our property is located in the attic of a two-family house. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants and tram are within walking distance. Messe Karlsruhe is 11 km away, reachable via B36 in 12 minutes Additional important information: Washer + dryer €5 per use.
