Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. The municipality of Stelle is located southeast of Hamburg with shopping facilities. In 30 minutes you can reach Hamburg and Lüneburg. The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. A large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and a garden invite you to relax.
