Modern cottage near the sea

The cabin is located in a place for recreation and relaxation. It was built in 2021 with a desire for it to be experienced modern and personal as well as with a hotel-like feel when you step through the entrance door. The cottage is 25 sqm and is located 75 meters from salty sea baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet, Wi-Fi, 40’ TV with Chrome cast, 140 cm bed, washing machine, electric grill, outdoor furniture in teak, wireless speaker as well as a sup board. Towels and beds are not included. Cleaning is not provided.

Cozy guest cottage in scenic, calm neighborhood. The cabin is located just over 4 km from the city centre and on walking distance to the sea and exercise tracks. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer compartment, stove, oven and microwave. Toilet with shower, washer and dryer. There is a 90 bed plus a sofa bed which is 150cm wide. If necessary, there is also the possibility of an inflatable mattress. The cottage has its own terrace where you enjoy the sun most of the day. The cottage is located next to the main building.

Wonderful, fresh cottage with some sea view and quiet location on Stenungsön. The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the associated annex there are two single beds that could easily be put together to a king size bed Several nice swimming areas are within 300-1000 meters, the surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible service. Modern house with unique design and beautiful sea view. The house has a combined living room and kitchen with space for nice dinners. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/wc. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Outside the terrace around the whole house with seating groups in different weather strokes. On the terrace with sea view a wood fired hot tub. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking.
