Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with jetties, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and laundry combined dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with possibility for relaxation and barbecue.

Outside at the terrace you could sit in the lounge set or enjoy the Jacuzzi while looking at the ocean!
