The apartment of about 60 sq.m. distributed on 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv River. There is a fully equipped kitchen and there are sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. in Älvängen center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing water etc.

The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Cozy guest cottage in scenic, calm neighborhood. The cabin is located just over 4 km from the city centre and on walking distance to the sea and exercise tracks. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer compartment, stove, oven and microwave. Toilet with shower, washer and dryer. There is a 90 bed plus a sofa bed which is 150cm wide. If necessary, there is also the possibility of an inflatable mattress. The cottage has its own terrace where you enjoy the sun most of the day. The cottage is located next to the main building.

There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and laundry combined dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with possibility for relaxation and barbecue.
