During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

In the living room, there is another bed, which can be pulled out into a double bed in a few simple steps. The bed then measures 1.60 x 2.00 m. The room has a double bed (160x200), 50 inch FullHD TV (incl. Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas. Parking is right in front of our Haus.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

We have lovingly prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car on the highway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and at the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the dreamlike nature.

Holiday in an idyllic location with unobstructed views of the Bavarian Alps. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house and has one bedroom, a kitchen with sofa bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. Large south-facing balcony!
