After a day of exploring this AONB, there’s nothing like cooking tea over the fire pit or wood pellet pizza oven followed by a dip under the stars in our rustic hot tub. Jacuzzi Hot Tub Cottage near York, sleeps 4, is based on our private Animal Sanctuary (With rescued donkeys, ducks, chickens, goats, sheep, bunnies, horses, tortoises, guinea pigs, in a rural quiet farming village, Huby, 6 miles from York. Smart TV, fully packed kitchen, outer lawned/paddock areas, plus your own private garden with Jacuzzi Hot Tub! (Use 10am-10.30pm) We are unique, and can offer you a haven of peace/quiet. We also have a camping paddock and Glamping Lodge for hire.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

A Large comfortable cottage on the outskirts of the lovely Haxby village approximately 5 miles from York Centre . With 3 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) and 3 bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played.
