Beachfront holiday rental in Stinson Beach

We had a lovely time at Yan Fang’s place, the location was perfect - we walked to the beach almost every day! It was also convenient to have the Muni metro stop right at the end of the street, we rode the Muni all over town (inexpensive and easy!). The house was clean and comfortable and Yan Fang included extra snacks and kitchen items for us, which was nice. We loved our time here and would recommend.

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

We loved the property and its proximity to the water and two large beaches. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has the furnishings and supplies just like it would if someone actually lived there rather than the typical Airbnb “shell” that only has the bare necessities (or less). We did have an unfortunate complication that occurred when we arrived. Things happen, but what matters more than anything is how a host handles an unexpected event. Jay was kind, understanding, and empathetic and did everything needed to make things right. We will absolutely be back.

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!

Watching multiple species of raptor patrol the banks of the Russian River was awe-inspiring

it is all about location! but it was spendy...but clean and right where we needed to be. I would rent there again...

Great place to stay for 3 couples. Beautiful location, great views of the ocean from every room. We loved it! Do note that you have to drive to Gualala to get the check-in packet, which was out of the way.

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Did not want to leave this place, such a beautiful view. Was truly breathtaking, caught ourselves just sitting and watching the waves. Would highly recommend!

This home in Sea Ranch was amazing! Not as updated as others, but everything worked just fine and the location was unbeatable. A nice 10 minute walk to the Lodge with trails leaving right out of the back door.

Our stay at Hillary and Jim’s was nothing short of amazing. We underestimated just how great our stay would be. The views were absolutely stunning! The hosts were humble, sweet, attentive and give you plenty of privacy. The cleaners do a wonderful job, I was thrilled to hop in the Japanese soaking tub knowing it was clean. Location felt safe and was conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood just outside San Francisco. The weather here is amazing, significantly warmer than the city with less intense wind-plus it’s pretty much fog free! It was perfect coming back from long days in San Francisco to easy parking, a beautiful garden walk down to the bungalow, moon/bridge views over the water and peace of mind you and your belongings are in a safe place. We can’t wait to come back! *China town, palace of fine arts, go car tours, Alcatraz island, hop on hop off bus tours and pier 39 sea lion watching were all hits. McNears park is definitely worth the couple minute drive as well!

Beautiful place, right by Tomales Bay. Very calm, quiet and relaxing. Caroline and Clara are wonderful hosts. Prompt and clear in their communication. Would most definitely come back. Note for future renters : The nearest gas station is about 7.5 miles away

The place was gorgeous! Even prettier than the pictures. The hot tub didn't work, which was a disappointment, but they gave us an appropriate partial refund. Would absolutely recommend

Ruth’s home in Moss Beach was a perfect second stop on our California road trip. Her home was immaculate and she herself was so welcoming- fresh flowers and fresh sour dough bread. We loved walking the trail out to the beach and there were even baby seal pups to watch, Ruth graciously left us some binoculars and a map to help find them. We enjoyed the quiet and convenient location to several spots in the area- Muir Woods, Carmel, 17 Mile Drive etc. Our only complaint is we wish we had more time. Thank you for a wonderful and restful home to stay in.

We had a fun weekend staying at Harman’s property, highlights being the amazing ocean views and the hot tub on the deck. Harman was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed - he also accommodated our request for late checkout which we really appreciated. The location is about a 10 minute drive out of town, and it’s not easy to get an Uber so having a car is a good idea if you’re staying at this property.

Great place. Big, nice, clean, quiet, comfortable. All amenities you need. Kitchen is great. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. On the water. Super convenient if you have a kayak or canoe. Host was great. Super communicative, friendly, flexible. Small things: The garage entrance is small and dicey, esp with a big car. I couldn't find the volume buttons on the TV remote (maybe I'm just getting old). The jacuzzi doesn't feel super private. Wish it had a bathtub. All these are small things and don't really detract. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful location, could not beat it! Hot tub was private with a view of the ocean and a peaceful place to enjoy the beach! The hosts were super responsive to questions and easy to check in and out.

This was a once in a life time experience. The house was amazing, as beautiful as the picture. There were more than enough kitchen towels, bath towel, blankets, sitting and sleeping space. The house was huge, outstanding architecture, and right in front of the bay. The best part was that we thought it was going to be cold and ocean waves too loud, however, it was perfect, calm flowing water and fresh cool air. Peaceful and cheerful ambiance. We were blessed to have this experience. Check out was a breeze. There was a few minor findings that Kyle was able to address immediately. We will definitely come back again, if we can afford it.
