Holiday rentals with beach access in Stobreč

Great place to stay! The beach is about 500m away and right by the marina. Here are great restaurants and places to eat. The center of Split can also be reached quickly by car. Maybe it's important for taller people to know that the bed is relatively small (140*200)

Lovely quiet location with beautiful views of the sea.

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

The place is so wonderful, look exactly like the picture with a beautiful view, perfect for sunset. Apartment is very clean, with cooking equipment supplied. The host is very friendly and kind, respond to any questions quickly. Highly recommend this place!

What an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed—coffee, basic condiments, a dishwasher—you name it. From the moment we walked in, it felt just right. A special word about the hosts: I’ve never encountered such friendliness, warmth, and willingness to help. Daniel welcomed us personally, gave us a tour, explained everything clearly, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. His recommendations on what to do and where to go were spot on. Since we arrived on a Saturday evening and most shops are closed on Sundays, they even stocked the fridge with some essentials. And when one of us had back pain, they kindly provided a pain relief gel. Truly unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommended!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. We had a really great time at this property! From the beginning, Kristian, the son of the hostess, took very good care of us. He explained everything to us in detail and precisely, was always helpful, hospitable and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was wonderful – quiet, private and relaxed. We were able to enjoy the stay to the fullest, completely undisturbed and for ourselves. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - everything you need as a traveler was there. The absolute highlight was of course the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where you could relax perfectly. Whether in the morning or in the evening - the surroundings were simply fantastic. We are very happy that we booked this pool house. It was an unforgettable vacation that we would repeat at any time. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Ivan is a great host and he answered all my questions. Self check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean. We prefered to park at the private parking lot at the main street that belongs to the house and is in 3 minutes walking distance to the house. In front of the house are two bars, so you can hear people talk and laugh, but if you close the windows it is really quiet. You should keep in mind, that the house is quite small and minimalistic, so there is not much space for your clothes and you'll probably leave your belongings in your suitcase. The rooftop is beautiful. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. In 1 minute you are at the ocean. In 4 minutes at the beach (stone beach). 10min by car is a LIDL (big supermarket). Great for doing trips to Trogir or Split. I would definitly book again! Thank you very much Ivan!

The Beauty of the Sea Airbnb was the ideal choice for our family vacation. Located just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, and a convenient 15-minute drive to Split, this property offered the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. The spacious accommodations comfortably accommodated our group of seven adults, and the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the Croatian heat. We were particularly impressed with the generous living space, which made it easy for us to spend quality time together. Our host, Mate was exceptional. Mate greeted us upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and helpful orientation of the property. The home-cooked meal he prepared was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip. Iona was equally friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the Beauty of the Sea Airbnb. I would happily return just to sample another home cooked meal by Mate.

From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We were a family of 10 people who had a great stay at the house. Everything was up to expectations and the host was really turned on and accommodating. In mid-May there were very little people and activities in the area, and all of the kiosks and bars along the beach were closed (except for the shooko and the neighbor). It was a bit too far to walk to the store to shop for goods and a bit far to walk to Omis. Would think there is more activity and possibilities in high season:) Otherwise, great house we had a great time in.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
