Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

This beautiful, cozily furnished 76 sqm apartment (2nd floor) is centrally located and approx. 15 minutes by car from the historic old town. Bus lines 3 & 10 run every 20 minutes to the city. The bus stop is about 100 meters away. We have Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in front of the house on the side of the road. In the apartment you will find a sunny living/dining area with sofa bed and 2 cozy bedrooms with double beds, a baby cot and a sleeping chair. Private kitchen and bathroom

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips. Due to the great transport connections, it is very well located within just 17 km to the Baltic Sea in the well-known places on Timmendorfer Strand or also Scharbeutz. The Karls-Erdbeerhofanlage for children to play is within 10 minutes by car. The village location invites you to cycle. Right next door, the magnificent Curau golf course invites you to play golf. Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is in the center of Bad Schwartau. The spa gardens and the forests are easily reached in a few steps. As well as the shopping (supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurants). The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beach is about 9 km away and the old town of Lübeck with its historic flair is about 7 km away. The Holstein spa (healing power from iodine brine) and the Asklepios Clinic are also a short walk away.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven and no microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. In this cozy accommodation you will surely spend a great time.

Near a nature reserve in Bad Schwartau, in a very nice and traffic-calmed street, is our modern, newly furnished basement apartment overlooking the front garden and with a separate entrance. The apartment is suitable for 1 to max. 4 people with one bedroom and a living room with sofa bed.

Our beautiful newly renovated 40 sqm studio in Mediterranean style invites you to feel good. Up to 4 people can make themselves comfortable here. The couch offers an extended approx. 1.40 lying area. You are welcome to bring your dog, unfortunately our dog does not like our dog.
