Holiday rentals with lake access in Stockton

Amy’s house is beautiful it is fully loaded with all necessities and amenities. House was spotless but unfortunately due to home being close to water you will encounter a lot of spiders in and outside of home. The view was amazing at night and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, I would highly recommend.

Brent is a great host! We ran out of dishwasher pods and he was quick to ensure we were helped. Very beautiful and spacious home

Jonathan’s Place was a wonderful vacation home! We felt relaxed and had a great time spending the weekend with our family and friends. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, cook meals, and get ready for our outdoor adventures. Being right on the water was a fantastic bonus. Jonathan was a gracious host and kindly offered to rent his pontoon boat—although we ended up not needing it since we took day trips, we really appreciated the gesture. We did enjoy using the paddle board and the foosball table, which added to the fun. The kitchen was stocked well enough for preparing basic meals, and it was easy to find nearby shops. We also ordered takeout one night, which worked out perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay—we’d definitely recommend it!

Had a great time at Nicole’s place in Discovery Bay during our 2-night stay. Highly recommend booking this AirBnB! We stayed indoors during a one-day heat advisory that was in effect during our booking and especially appreciated the connected / smart speaker system, TV / lounge areas, fitness room, pool table, and enjoyed access to the bay and hot tub when the weather cooled. Nicole was a great and communicative host—very responsive over messages and provided a helpful guidebook / informational binder with explanations on all the (many) amenities in the house.

This house was perfect for Memorial Day Weekend. Lots of space, a huge deck, and lots of sleeping space. The open floor plan was so nice! We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely property. Peaceful and clean. The home is located on the edge of a housing development where it is quiet. The house provided easy access to the area we wished to explore. The host was friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home and would rent the property again if we return to this area soon.

My family enjoyed a nice weekend at the lake with the help of Tassa’s lake side property. It was a perfect spot to host 12 people, plenty of beds and space for everyone to get together and we even had access to the lake which was great. The boat launches at the lake we’re closed during our visit but Tassa gave us a heads up prior to our stay and we were able to make accommodations. Great place to stay and great host! Very happy with our visit

We had a friends gathering here over the past weekend, and everyone loved it! The property was nice and clean just like the photos, and the neighbor and surroundings were beautiful and quite. Brianna and Robert were very responsive and welcoming. Extra foldable beds, a BBQ grill and tools, a pool table, paddle boards and kayaks, and a golf cart were available, which was a big plus for our group. We also did the pontoon boat rental, and it was an amazing experience too; Joe (the owner of the boat) came to train us how to operate the boat on our first day. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for a weekend getaway.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Gloria was an excellent host, she responded quickly to the questions I had. the house was super clean an my wife an sister loved how she has decorated it the only draw back was no kitchen table or TV trays to eat on. we were a little spoiled last year with the middle level having the table an grill right there for BBQing same as last year we loved the dock an having are boat right there in the water.
