In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Here you can vacation in its purest form. The Dutch tub offers some adventure for young and old (you have to heat it yourself with wood and watch the fire, perhaps with an aperitif? Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but is very bright and welcoming due to the large windows. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small courtyard, which of course can be used. To enjoy the evening sun, a garden table and 4 chairs are available. Children are welcome.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
