Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

The property has 4 rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a large covered balcony from which you have a beautiful view of the garden. The apartment has been stylishly furnished with a lot of love for detail and is inviting for relaxation. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city in a quiet residential area where you can park for free.

The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is in a beautiful Aachen suburb. The apartment is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. A fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a very cozy bed, high-quality bed linen and a mirror cabinet. A smaller cute bedroom is with cozy chic single beds and in the living room is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2! By car you are in the city in 10 minutes & by bus in 20 minutes! :)

Our apartment was newly renovated in early 2022. We have placed great emphasis on high-quality & natural materials. By car you can quickly reach Aachen, Belgium or the Netherlands. By arrangement, it is possible to park & charge e-bikes in the accommodation.

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.

Historic cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau. When the window is open, you can hear the Rur rushing by and have a beautiful view all the way to the Red House. On cold days, the oven provides cozy warmth. We look forward to seeing you soon.
