Monthly Rentals in Stone Town

I had a perfect stay in this comfortable and centrally located place. the host and caretaker staff were very responsive and kind. I could have a batch of laundry done at a reasonable price. the studio was very nice, big room and comfortable bed. the surrounding area is safe even at night and there's nice restaurants and street food places in the street. I particularly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff and the management. the AC and the fan on the ceiling were a plus as well. I highly recommend that place and I look forward to be back there

Had a great stay at Noreen’s place. It’s near every tourists’ attraction and also there is a great local restaurant called Lukmaan at 1 min walk where you can eat at super affordable prices and still have great tasty food. Thanks to the housekeepers for maintaining the place clean.

I stayed at the Blue House for three months, and felt very much at home. Communication with Petra was good, she is very proactive, arranged an airport pickup for my arrival and departure and when I had some issues with payments she handled it professionally. Mr Hafidh and Ms Rahma regularly invited me and the other guests for Iftar during the Ramadan, which was a great welcome (and some of the best food I ever had)! The hotel is located close to the city center: all attractions are less than a 20 minutes walk away. The wifi at the hotel worked fine most of the time with some issues, but justs before my departure a new network was installed so I assume that is fixed now.
