The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. Berlin can be reached in about 1 hour by car, by public transport in approx. 1 1/2 hours. Shopping: about 12 minutes

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. There is a separate area to sit and relax, but you can also spread out in the tree house. The courtyard sauna can also be used for a small fee. Also, of course, all the play equipment, such as a trampoline, zip line, table tennis table, foosball, ...
