Very quiet and friendly house, where is still greeted. 1st floor accessible by stairs or elevator. Although the apartment is conveniently located at Ahrensburg S-Bahn (suburban train) station, it is still quiet and wonderfully flooded. Spacious living room with a mix of modernity and antiques.

Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

In our quiet house in the idyllic Ammersbek, you will find on the 2nd floor, a spacious, approx. 70 m² apartment with lots of daylight and comfortable furnishings awaits you. The apartment is fully furnished – ideal for relaxing holidays or concentrated work in the countryside. Thanks to a separate entrance, you enjoy full independence and privacy. A small, sunny outdoor seating area invites you to relax – perfect for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour by car, the surrounding moors in about 20 minutes on foot. The sun-drenched apartment is colorful and cheerfully decorated and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is right on the property.
