Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

With modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the property is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.
