Guest apartment in farmhouse built in 2022 with high coziness! On the lower floor is the entrance hall, a toilet and a shower. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and fridge) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together into double beds. Sofa and TV in one sleeping alcove. Office space for computer to screen and wifi connection. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

Fantastic cottage close to the ski slope & lake. Newly built 2022

A beautiful mountain house of 110 square meters located a short walk from the ski slope and black boat iron. Here you have everything you could want with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open social spaces and a lovely sauna. In the living room on the lower floor, there is also a fireplace. The house was built in 2022 and maintains high standard. In Klövsjö you can enjoy nice nature, good skiing and within a short drive you also have Vemdalen with even more options for skiing if desired. Welcome!

The shelter at Näldsjön

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little cottage. Here you live right next to the lake below our farm with the cows grazing outside the knot. Access to both sauna and barbecue area, and canoe for those who want to take a paddle trip out on the lake. Note: No running water in the cabin, thus no bathroom. Water can be found in cans in cabin. Newly built outdoor toilet overlooking the lake and mountains! Hot plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, etc., available to use. Warm welcome!🌞

Cozy log cabin at the lake with CANOE+SAUNA

"Välkommen" in our cozy log cabin! The several hundred year old house on two floors is located with a great view of the south beach of our Fyrsjön. There is a double bed on the ground floor and up to 4 people can sleep comfortably under the sloping roof on the upper floor. The flair of the old beams, the view from the window of the lake, canoe and our new BARREL SAUNA (included) make your stay perfect! Kitchen, shower and toilet are 20 meters away in the "grannys house", which all guests share!

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Cottage beautifully located on former farmstead. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. Here you stay in a slightly smaller cabin with proximity to slalom slopes and cross-country ski tracks and with nature around the corner, it attracts many activities even in summer. Dog-friendly cottage with enclosed patio. The cottage has self-catering so the guest brings own towels / bed linen/ linen. The guests clean up after their stay and throw their trash away
