Guest apartment/room of about 15 square meters. The apartment is located wall to wall with the host's villa with separate entrance. 1 room with sofa bed 120 cm, 2 hotplates, fridge, microwave, shower and toilet. Flat garden in quiet area. The accommodation is about 3 km from Östersund city center, 800 meters to Storsjöbadet and about 800 meters to the nearest store. Duvet, pillows, and cleaning equipment are available. Bring your own bed linen. Bed linen and towels can be rented (SEK 50/person). Contact the host directly if you have any questions or requests.

Small house near the stadium and city

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy the mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Make new memories in this unique and family-friendly space. Newly renovated summer cottage in our farmhouse in Offerdal. It is close to mountains, forest and lakes. There are many cozy excursions to explore. On the farm there are also cows, horses and cats. In the summer, cozy coffee is available to visit within walking or biking distance. Nice swimming areas, fishing waters, berries and mushroom forests can be found nearby. We provide quilts & pillows. Bed linens bring the guest themselves or rent from us for 60 SEK/set

Special feature: A kennel complex with 4 large kennels (3-4 dogs each) can be booked! Relax in this special and family-friendly accommodation and enjoy the peace and quiet, drive to the nearby Bydalen or use the integrated sauna. Too boring? No problem, on request the landlord offers individual adventures with his sled dogs! Sleddogstrails will be prepared as well.

Many people who have stayed with us point out the calmness/quietness. We also have a babbling brook that flows next to the cottage, creating a soothing sound that our guests have pointed out and enjoy. WiFi is available in the cabin. Cabin is located on our house plot with nice apartment 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Own kitchen, shower/toilet. Floor heating. Parking on our driveway.

The Lill house

Välkomna till Lill-huset! Komplett boende med skogen runt knuten och närhet till stan. På Östbergets nordvästra sida med skogen och naturstigarnas början knappt 100m från dörren. 5 min promenad till närmsta busshållsplats, täta förbindelser med centrum och resten av Östersund. Eller 30-40 min promenad in till stan (i nerförsbacke!). Fråga gärna om ni vill ha tips på kortare eller längre utflykter.

Cozy cottage by the Great Lake

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.

Welcome to our cozy 25 sqm cottage overlooking Storsjön and Östersund. You can get into central Östersund by car or bus. It takes about 10 minutes by car. Parking is available directly adjacent to the accommodation. Near the house, there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to the Svartsjöarna outdoor area.

Cozy, log cabin. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with fridge and freezer, dining area, toilet and shower. Upstairs, two beds that are 120 centimeters wide each and a mattress to put on the floor if needed. The cottage is pet-free and smoking is not allowed. Washing machine available in nearby building.
