Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Former vicarage for rent on Frösön

Our home is located next to Frösö Church with great views of Storsjön and the mountain world. The house was former vicarage but is converted into two flats. We temporarily rent out the larger, about 300 m2, spread over two floors. In summer there are several cafes within walking distance or choose the golf courses one kilometer away or visit the composer Wilhelm Peterson-Berger's home Sommarhagen. A number of floor beds can be supplemented if required.

Cheerful villa in Östersund

Välkomna till ett hus med stora öppna sällskapsytor. Här bor ni med gångavstånd till både skidspår och elljusspår, ca 200m. Enkelt att ta sig till arenabyn där skidstadion, Jämtkraft Arena samt Östersund Arena finns, ca 10min med bil. Det är ca 7 km till centrum från huset (12 min med bil). Goda bussförbindelser finns också i närheten av huset (200 meter) och i Torvalla centrum (1km). I Torvalla centrum finns även den närmaste matbutiken Coop Torvalla.

Välkommen till vårt rymliga och mysiga hus, perfekt för familjer och vänner! Här finns ett stort kök med plats för 10 personer, ett vardagsrum med eldstad och 3 sovrum plus gästrum (totalt 8 bäddar). Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
