Summer, sun, cactus! In our small apartment "Familien Bude" in Kiel-Schilksee you immediately have a holiday feeling! Because: On the large balcony facing SW, you have sun all day! Directly at the marina you can walk on the promenade towards the beach. (Only about 100m from the apartment!) Restaurants, playgrounds, beach, ice cream parlor, fish sandwiches, cafés & a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity! It is designed for families with 1-2 (small) children!

Top floor, with dream view. Spoil yourself and your companion with this unique apartment in the center of Kiel. High-quality furnished, you reside above the city with a view of the town hall tower and the fjord. Two rooms also offer space and retreat for your visitors. A surrounding terrace takes you on a discovery tour of Kiel's city center without having to leave the apartment. In a few steps you can reach the fjord, the train station and the city center.

Vacation home between the lakes

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Downtown apartment in the Olympic harbor Schilksee

The 1-room apartment, modernized in 2022, is located in the middle of the Schilksee Olympic Harbor. The terrace faces southwest into the countryside. In the apartment you will find a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a modernized shower room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 4 people. Linens, towels, hairdryer and the classic kitchen and bathroom utensils are at your disposal.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is centrally located in the village. Only a few steps to the sea and beach. The approx. 50 m² apartment offers a double bed, a crib and, if necessary, an additional sleeping option on the sofa. A shower, toilet and kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher complete the apartment's offerings. For Kiel Week, separate prices on request.

Renovated beachfront apartment

Take a vacation in a 2021 renovated and well-equipped apartment. The apartment consists of an open, spacious and bright room with an open kitchen. Hike on the steep coast, take a sup tour on the Kiel Fjord or enjoy a coffee at one of the numerous restaurants on the beach. The beach and promenade are right outside the door.
