Im oberen Teil befinden sich Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich. In der schönen Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Europapark, Schwarzwald, Elsass und vieles mehr. Gartenmitbenutzung und Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die ruhige aber trotzdem zentrale Lage verspricht erholsame Tage. Klimageräte bei Bedarf.

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.
