Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Im Soleil finden auf 120 qm², verteilt auf zwei Stockwerken, bis zu 7 Personen Raum zum Entspannen.

Our farm is located in an idyllic, very quiet location, framed by meadows, fruit trees and forest and is ideal to simply let your soul dangle. Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. "LE CHALET DU BONHEUR" is located on the edge of the forest in a green setting in the heart of the Pays du Verre et du Cristal in the Vosges du Nord Natural Park. It is equipped with two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, garden furniture with barbecue, a petanque court, a carport with two covered parking spaces. Quiet and at the foot of the hiking trails, La Mais'ange is a comfortable modern chalet for 6-8 people ( 6 adults maximum and 2 children) You will enjoy three well oriented terraces, a fire pit and a wellness hut where there is a heated Nordic bath with a wood stove.

84 m² apartment on a farm in the Black Forest

Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the beautiful apartment with 84 m², 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open living and dining area with kitchen and large terrace. There are 2 more apartments in the house. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges a tourist tax per day and guest from 16 years of 2.10 euros. This must be paid in cash.
