Charming accommodation with garden in the Isar Valley

Location: Our house is quiet and green, in the middle of the beautiful Isartal. Nature lovers, cyclists and hikers get their money's worth here. The Isar is only a walk away, Munich can be reached in 25-40 minutes, depending on the location. The S-Bahn 7 (every 20 minutes Hauptbahnhof- Wolfratshausen) is about 1100 m away on foot in about 15 minutes. ❗️A washing machine is available, but it is not freely accessible. You are welcome to leave your laundry with us in specially provided laundry bags; we will personally take care of it and return it to you either washed (for you to hang up yourself) or washed and dried. Upon request, we can provide you with a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. For each wash or drying cycle, including detergent, we kindly ask for a small contribution of two euros per load.❗️ Shopping facilities: For shopping there are two larger shopping centres, AEZ 2,4 km, Edeka and two discounter Lidl 3km and an Aldi 2,4km. A beautiful farm with fresh milk, cheese, sausage and eggs can be reached in 20 minutes walk; a vending machine there is open daily, even on weekends from 8 am to 8 pm. Every Wednesday there is a wonderful weekly market 1.3 km away in the town centre; there is also a bakery with a small café and a kiosk with a post office. We ask for strict compliance with the smoking ban. In the outdoor area this is of course allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

Spacious Loft | 3 min walk to Oktoberfest

The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
