Center + Exhibition Center), to the foothills of the Alps or to the 5 lakes (each 30-45 min.). The FlexBus runs once an hour (approx. 6 am - 10 pm) to/from Deisenhofen (S3) - only with advance registration via MVV Munich Web or app.

Our wooden house – of course living and feeling good Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique feeling of living. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it stays pleasantly warm and cozy. Step in, breathe deeply and enjoy the tranquility of this special location.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.

It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich City or the Alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
