My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Quiet central apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment, newly built in 2020, is centrally located in the quiet residential district in the south of Munich. In addition to a new bathroom with shower & toilet, you can expect a fitted kitchen, dining table, coffee and tea as well as all the necessities of daily life. To recover well after a busy day, you can either relax on the new double couch, the double bed. A 55-inch TV and fast Wi-Fi are part of the equipment. Charging an e-car against billing

Modern, cozy apartment in the basement of our house 15 km south of Munich. City proximity plus nature and village experience. Direct S-Bahn connection (S7), 5 minutes' walk, 30 minutes' drive to Munich city center (main station/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest), A 95 connection. 8 km to Lake Starnberg, Garmisch can be reached in 45 minutes by car. In the countryside and yet close to the city. Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

Spacious Scandi Design Apartment with huge Garden

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Kneissl vacation home on Lake Starnberg

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.

Apartment Baierbrunn (2 pers)

Einliegerwohnung für 2 Personen. Im Grünen mit Terrasse (Nutzung in Absprache) und dennoch stadtnah. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für München und sein südliches Umland. Mit der S-Bahn (10 min Fußweg) sind Sie in ca. 30 min im Zentrum. Die Diele und die Terassen wird gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter genutzt. Preis gilt für eine Person (+ 20€ für zweite Person/Nacht).
