Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.
