Comfortable, charming little bungalow near to Universal. Good value. We enjoyed walking down to a terrific little diner for breakfast, 1/3 mile away. Other guests might want to know that streets are curvy, narrow and a bit steep in places. We loved walking around and getting to see the homes and neighborhood. Hollywood sign is clearly visible on one of the roads leading to the home. The stairs were a little tricky for some oversize luggage, we were hauling around, but if we’ve had time, we would’ve loved to hang out on the pretty deck.

We had a great stay! The location is right on Hollywood Blvd, which can feel a little chaotic at times, but we felt safe walking around—even with kids. It was quieter than expected and super convenient to explore the Walk of Fame, grab food, or check out fun spots like the Funko store (definitely worth a stop!). One major perk: the metro station is just a short walk away, and we took it straight to Universal Studios—it was super easy and saved us from dealing with parking there. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from beach towels and shampoo to laundry pods and cleaning supplies. It really felt like they’d thought of everything. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Parking in the attached garage was a huge plus. It felt secure, and having elevator access straight to the unit was really convenient. Honestly, we wished we had more time!

he was very responsive and the place was such a great find near Hollywood. Very clean bedroom and bathroom, with fridge, microwave, wifi,TV with coffee, and plates/cups. The backyard was a safe haven, they have many birds and chimes, I loved sitting out there with my coffee in the mornings thank you!

I really lucked out with Nina's place. I was visiting family in the area and could come "home" to relax and regroup. In addition to it being comfortable and clean, it's just around the corner from restaurants and cafes. I didn't meet Nina but she always got back to me if I had a question. I have already recommended her place to other family members. Also, very east check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacy and Brian’s guesthouse! The space is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy, stylish, and welcoming. The bed and bedding were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced- we slept like babies! Stacy and Brian were the perfect hosts: friendly, respectful of our privacy, and incredibly generous. They even left us a bottle of wine along with some snacks and drinks to enjoy—such a kind and unexpected surprise that made us feel truly cared for. The guesthouse is stocked with everything a traveler could need—they really thought of it all. We’ll absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family!
