Almhütte Melkstatt

Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. We have newly renovated a small but fine apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and have furnished it pretty and practical for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.
