Cozy little house in a quiet business area next to a storage site, ideal for couples or business travelers. A wood-burning stove provides warmth on cold evenings. Walking trails start right outside the door, and the nature reserve is just minutes away. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs past the house. Underfloor heating. Despite the business area and nearby storage site, the surroundings are quieter during the day than many other parts of town and especially peaceful on weekends.

Spacious farmhouse for family and friends

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you.
