Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

'Ebitzle'- a city apartment in the green!

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Top renovated one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance and private sun terrace. A light-flooded room with a small kitchen and a separate daylight bathroom. Very well connected to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) away from the house. Due to the mid-altitude, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

An apartment to feel good about! :-) It is located in the east of Stuttgart near the Cannstatter Wasens, the Daimler Museum and the Porsche Arena. The location is exceptionally quiet, nestled in beautiful nature and yet very central. You can reach Stuttgart city centre in max. 5 minutes by car or bus/train. Parking is available in front of the house, the nearest train is only a few minutes walk from the property. The wasen is also within walking distance.
