The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
