We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Set in a lovely garden setting the apartment is a quiet and peaceful location to explore the wonderful region. Laura is a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

House located a few kilometers away from Budoni and reachable in about ten minutes by car. Flawless accommodation, everything as advertised. Carlo was always very kind and helpful in responding to requests. Highly recommended

We are a family of four (two adults and two children) and were very pleased with this accommodation. The location is good, as it is very close to the beaches. The house is as described. The only drawback is that you always have to leave by car to go to a supermarket and/or restaurant. But everything is minutes away.

The apartment was great. It was wonderful to sit outside under the olive tree and look at the mountains and Arzachena. The location was ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda. Giovanni and his mother were very warm and extremely hospitable, gave us eggs and delicacies from their own garden. We had a great time there and would love to come back if we travel to Sardinia again. Many, many thanks to Giovanni and Patrizia!!!

An absolute feel-good place - thanks to Valentina and Wolfgang! The two are incredibly warm and attentive. You feel welcome from the first moment. The apartment is spacious, super clean and well equipped. The lovingly designed outdoor area with pool, cozy loungers, Weber grill and herb garden was a highlight – we were allowed to help ourselves at any time. The many great tips from the two were particularly valuable - hidden beaches, beautiful restaurants and real insider tips that made our holiday special. You can see in every detail how much love they put into designing this place. We felt completely comfortable! Thank you for everything!!

The apartment is very spacious, it is tidy, clean and cozy, the kitchen is equipped with excellent quality dishes and pots, the house is equipped with all comforts, with an umbrella and deck chairs. Virginio is an attentive, thoughtful, precise host, gives excellent directions and responds quickly to any requests. The house is in a quiet and breezy area, the balcony is large, you can safely eat outside.

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We spent less than a week in Budoni to end our Sardinia vacation and go hiking in the area and explore the beaches and pine forests. The apartment was spotly clean. The bedroom was completely darkened, which made us sleep very well. The kitchen had the essentials, so we cooked almost every night. The only downside was that the sheets and towels were not included in the price (€25 per person was estimated on site). Overall, we felt comfortable and liked the quiet location of the apartment.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect location for what we were looking for - a small beach town surrounded by beautiful beaches. The airbnb was very cozy and the deck view was incredible. Thank you!!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. My friend Giorgia and I had a great time! Martina and her whole family hosted us as if we were part of it. Communication with Martina was always very quick and helpful right away. Martina is very kind and helpful, for any need she will always be present. We felt welcomed and if we return to the area we will definitely choose your residence again. We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with a partial view of the port (but which was not important to us) with a large table and chairs to be able to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is an excellent co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good eater and we recommend this accommodation!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
