Apartment holiday rentals in Suaredda-traversa

Wir waren für 12 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer haben wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Auch der Garten war für die Jungs super zum spielen.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, si presenta in ordine, pulito e accogliente, la cucina è dotata di stoviglie e pentole di ottima qualità, la casa è dotata di tutti i confort, con dotazione di ombrellone e sedie sdraio. Virginio è un host attento, premuroso, preciso, dà ottime indicazioni e risponde velocemente a eventuali richieste. La casa è in zona tranquilla e ventilata, il balcone è ampio, si può tranquillamente mangiare fuori.

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par les parents de Laura. Suite a un problème de retard de départ décalé nous avons demandé a Laura de revenir. Presque aussitôt elle nous a refait un logement propre. Ce sont des hôtes merveilleux

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

Somos uma família de quatro (dois adultos e duas crianças) e ficamos muito satisfeitos com este alojamento. A localização é boa, já que está muito perto das praias. A casa é como está descrita. O único contra prende-se com a obrigatoriedade de sair sempre de carro para ir a um supermercado e/ou restaurante. Mas tudo está a poucos minutos de distância.

Die Wohnung war super. Wunderschön war es draußen unter dem Olivenbaum zu sitzen und auf die Berge und Arzachena zu schauen. Die Lage war ideal, um die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Giovanni und seine Mutter waren sehr herzlich und überaus gastfreundlich, haben uns mit Eiern und Köstlichkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien reisen. Vielen, vielen Dank an Giovanni und Patrizia!!!

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort – dank Valentina und Wolfgang! Die beiden sind unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Apartment ist geräumig, super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereich mit Pool, gemütlichen Liegen, Weber Grill und Kräutergarten war ein Highlight – wir durften uns jederzeit bedienen. Besonders wertvoll waren die vielen tollen Tipps der beiden – versteckte Strände, schöne Lokale und echte Geheimtipps, die unseren Urlaub besonders gemacht haben. Man merkt in jedem Detail, mit wie viel Liebe sie diesen Ort gestalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Tausend Dank für Alles!!

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Marcello’s home is completely idyllic, we fell in love with the property, the surroundings and his farm animals! We had a totally relaxing and wonderful week’s stay. Marcello was brilliant, very responsive/clear, made lots of local recommendations, including his private picnic spot! Our stay couldn’t have been better, the kids loved it, we loved it. We hope to visit again!

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in Budoni verbracht, um unseren Sardinienurlaub ausklingen zu lassen und in der Umgebung wandern zu gehen und die Strände und Pinienwälder zu erkunden. Das Appartement war makellos sauber. Das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln, wodurch wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. In der Küche waren die wesentlichen Dinge vorhanden, sodass wir fast jeden Abend gekocht haben. Einziges Manko war, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen waren (25 € pro Person wurden vor Ort veranschlagt). Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und mochten die ruhige Lage der Wohnung.

la maison de Laura est située dans une très belle région d où on peut atteindre le.nord l.ouest et l.est...Laura est une hôtesse exceptionnelle comme on n en rencontre peu...attentionnée bienveillante accueillante...la partie de la maison que nous avons louée pour une semaine était parfaite. Quand nous sommes arrivés le.frigidaire était plein aussi du Bon vin que produit Laura...chez Laura vous découvrez une sardaigne sauvage magnifique authentique tout en étant à 30 minutes de très belles plages je recommande vivement cette expérience unique merci Laura pour ta gentillesse ton charme et ta culture à presto à roma j espere evelyne et claude

Das Appartement mit der wunderschönen Terrasse ist super sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Das Appartement liegt am Rande der Stadt und mit einem 20 minütigen Spaziergang ist man im lebendigen Ortskern und am Hafen. Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist top. Wir konnten vor der Haustüre parken. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

environnement exceptionnel et très beau logement, décoré avec goût. Nous avons eu un petit souci technique et Luca ainsi que le gardien ont été très réactifs et efficaces. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Uns gefiel vor allem, dass vieles in Gehdistanz erreichbar ist - sogar Ende Oktober. Leider war es regnerisch, so dass wir nie auf der Lounge oder im Garten waren. Sehr nahe am Meer! In der kleinen Küche fanden wir fast alles, beim Olivenöl half uns Nicola weiter😊. Vielen Dank

Casa situata a qualche km di distanza da Budoni e raggiungibile in una decina di minuti in auto. Alloggio impeccabile, tutto come da descrizione. Carlo è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere alle richieste. Consigliatissimo

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
