Monthly Rentals in Success

The premises were exactly as we expected and were good value for money. As we had our own itinerary we weren't relying on our hosts but they offered advice on a range of activities. The premises were spotless and we were well pleased with generous assistance at every opportunity.

Craig's and Tash's place was clean and convenient for my family of four. The annex was within the compounds of thier house but there was adequate privacy given it was a mini house in the back yard that has all the required amenities to make our stay comfortable. we will definitely book this place again when my family comes to Perth.

Thomas' place was very affordable and convenient to get to places. He gave clear instructions on how to enter and leave the place. The house was clean and spacious. 3 of us enjoyed the stay

It was actually my first time in Perth as I was starting on my new Job and the Place is quite close to where I work Great Amenities I must say, Stove, Rice Cooker, Washing Machine etc… Quite and Peaceful environment close to a beautiful park and also Cockburn Central (big shopping mall) It also has a PS4 which I didn’t get to actually play but coolest and best Airbnb from my experience
