Die Innenstadt ist in 10 min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Drei E-Ladestationen befinden sich vor dem Haus.

Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3,5 € p. P. / Nacht muss bei Abreise im Hotel bezahlt werden.
