Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Situated on the top floor of a traditional Black Forest house, the loft has been completely renovated with its character intentionally retained. If you are looking to switch off from a busy life but like the idea of popping out for a coffee, this makes an ideal retreat.

The listed house from the 17th century was in ancient times the stable and carriage building of the oldest inn in Ettlingen. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
