A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Die Wohnung nahe der UNESCO-Welterbestätte „Bauhaus Dessau“ liegt auf dem kurzen Weg zwischen Hauptbahnhof Dessau und dem Bauhaus sehr zentral und vis a vis der Hochschule Anhalt. Die Wege zur Stadtmitte und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind kurz und fußläufig erreichbar. Im direkten Umfeld befinden sich zahlreiche Versorgungseinrichtungen wie Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Bio-Laden, Gastronomie. Im Haus befinden sich vier Wohnungen und zwei Arztpraxen, dahinter ein nachts verschlossener Parkplatz.

Parking is available and the garden can be used. No pets allowed.
