Very complete house in a beautiful area. Everything was available. The home has a large garden. Located close to Midsland with all the amenities and close to the beach.

We had a fantastic week of vacation Extra nice to experience peace and quiet with New Year's Eve instead of harsh fireworks due to fireworks-free park. Beautifully decorated house and wonderful hiking area. Highly recommended.

Very last minute booked and immediately an answer that we could stay in the cottage a few hours later. Had a great time on Terschelling. The 2 bikes have been used frequently these days and are cycling well. The cottage itself is small but very nice and everything is available up to the spare batteries for the bicycle lights.

Very quiet area with some possibilities that are typical especially in North Holland such as exceptional tulip fields, boat tours, great agricultural area, lots of nature. Joke gave us tips and allowed us to have a nice time there. Thank you for that.

We spent a week with our two dogs in this great cottage and the at least equally beautiful surroundings. We met Tinda in person upon our arrival. She is a very sweet person 😊 There were both "treats" for us and for the dogs. We found the bed very comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet in this place. We made great excursions around the area. My personal highlight and one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was the "cuddling lamb" on Texel 😍 The beaches are also just a dream and our dogs had a wonderful time there!

Everything is great, maybe you should deduct the entrance to the swimming pool from the day of departure because you then no longer go to the swimming pool anyway

We had a very nice stay at the place. Very nice and straightforward contact, easy check-in and check-out. The chalet is located as shown in the pictures, right on the water. The location is top and very quiet. Still, everything you need is close by. We would come back.

We were only there for a weekend and the accommodation was perfect for that. Everything is very clean and cozy. The terrace was also very inviting, unfortunately we could not use it due to the rain. The landlord was super friendly and also very helpful with flexible arrival. All in all, we were very please. We will be happy to come back.

Marco's chalet is a small, but wonderful place. It's situated directly behind a private marina, in the first row of a settlement of similar chalets. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing for relaxing on the terrace any time of the day. Nearby a secure bathing area for little kids, with a small sandy beach. We did some excursions to Sneek (a middle-sized town, ~25 minutes) and small villages at the shore of the ijsselmeer (eg. Stavoren, Hindeloopen, each ~25 minutes), which were each totally worth it. Super picturesque! and some nice restaurants, too. We can highly recommend renting Marco's place if you'd like to have a restful couple of days!

We were allowed to enjoy the Afke mobile home for 2 nights in the autumn holidays. Very clean, wonderful mattresses. There are electric heaters in all rooms, it was wonderfully warm inside. The cottage is a 3-minute walk from the restaurant, snack bar, restaurant and supermarket. The campsite is also very neat. In the restaurant it is possible to paddle and bowling. The area is beautiful for walking and cycling. We had a great time! The large playground is challenging enough for our children aged 6 and 9. There is a shed where we could store our bikes dry. There are no cleaning products, but a bottle of dishwashing detergent. There are 2 coffee makers available, one for filter coffee and a Senseo, but there is no coffee available, so bring your own coffee and tea. It is possible to get coffee from the supermarket until 12:00. Upon entering, there were some goodies on the kitchen counter, we enjoyed it. In short, great!

Our stay at the boathouse in Lemmer was just amazing! The location right on the water was fantastic, and the house itself was perfectly equipped – there was nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly friendly host, who warmly welcomed us and made our stay an unforgettable experience. We felt comfortable from the beginning and were able to enjoy the week to the fullest. Everything was perfectly organized, clean and cozy. We highly recommend this special experience and would be happy to come back!

We were with two families (4 adults and 3 smaller children) in Vreny's and Bart's house. We felt very comfortable and were grateful for many small things such as a crib or a stair gate, which are not self-evident. Kitchen was also superbly equipped. The rooms are rather small, which was very convenient for our room layout. You can hear the train and planes in the distance, but it was never so loud that it bothered us. Our children found watching the train on the way to the playground or supermarket rather exciting (and were probably often louder themselves...). Since we were there in the summer and usually had good weather, we were often on the beach. By car, finding a parking space can be difficult. If you have a bike, you should definitely take it with you and use it. Otherwise, we liked to use the garden and barbecued there. We would gladly come back. Simple house in the middle of the campsite. You pay for the accommodation and then again for the campsite. We have booked for 4 people incl. Toddler €45 for 3 nights. The accommodation has everything you need (toilet, shower, kitchen equipped, dining table, sofa, terrace, toys for inside and outside.) At the campsite, you can use everything (swimming pool, many playgrounds, outdoor pool). Now in the off-season, there wasn't much going on anywhere. There is a lot to offer within 10-40 km. Paul is great. Always available and a dear friend. All the best to you, Paul! Recommendation for all those who are looking for simple accommodation and bedding.
